Hourly Employee Bonus

If you have hourly employees working for your company, you may choose to pay them a bonus at intervals throughout the year, or for holidays. But how do you decide how much to pay these employees?

Base it on a percentage of their total wage – if you use a time and attendance system to keep track of an employee’s hours worked, you’ll have a good idea of their total wages.
