If you have hourly employees working for your company, you may choose to pay them a bonus at intervals throughout the year, or for holidays. But how do you decide how much to pay these employees?
Base it on a percentage of their total wage – if you use a time and attendance system to keep track of an employee’s hours worked, you’ll have a good idea of their total wages. Setup a fixed percentage for employees based on how long they’ve worked at the company, how well they’ve performed their job duties, or other factors.
